Meet Kylie – Aboriginal Engagement Advisor
Kylie Thorn joined 澳门四不像论坛 in 2015, initially engaged through a joint program with our client aimed at maximising First Nations employment and our client on a major Energy construction project in Darwin, NT.
Born and raised in Darwin with family ties to Southwest WA, she is a proud Muran and Wadandi Noongar woman and a champion for reconciliation and First Nations engagement.
Kylie has shown significant growth throughout her journey with 澳门四不像论坛, working across several roles including recruitment, HR / IR and accounts, as well as being based in several of our locations spanning Darwin, Gladstone, Roxby Downs and Perth. Kylie progressed to her current role of Aboriginal Engagement Officer in 2021, where she is responsible for all First Nations engagement activities across 澳门四不像论坛, including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
“My career to date has taken me across Australia and given me exposure to all areas of the business. I’m excited to be in a role where I can help drive First Nations engagement outcomes and provide mentoring for our younger employees.”
