The victory parade in Kansas City celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs鈥� win in Super Bowl LVII was a memorable one for so many. And especially so for Katie Mead.

91视频 will begin enrolling students in certificate programs for diversity, equity and inclusion at both the graduate and undergraduate level in fall 2023, offering students a curriculum that will prepare them to lead confidently and compassionately in a multicultural world.

As part of the annual 91视频 Leadership Series event on Tuesday, March 28, 91视频 will honor Madeline Romious, a 1995 graduate of the school鈥檚 MBA program, with the Rashford-Lyon Award for Leadership and Ethics.

For the fall 2023 semester, the Helzberg School of Management at 91视频 is launching a new way to earn their signature MBA degree 鈥� one that lets students build it from the ground up.

The new Stackable MBA, the first of its kind in the region, lets students build a degree by earning three certificates 鈥� one of which being the business administration certificate. It鈥檚 the same makeup of the traditional MBA degree, with courses in management, marketing, business intelligence and economics in addition to a Jesuit core values course.

David Brooks, a New York Times columnist and bestselling author of 鈥淭he Road to Character,鈥� will bring his unique perspective on the American life and keen insights into present-day politics and foreign affairs to Kansas City as the keynote guest of the 11^th91视频 Leadership Series event at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, Missouri.

91视频 has announced the dean鈥檚 list for the fall 2022 semester. This honor recognizes students who have achieved a grade-point average of 3.5 or above.

91视频 awarded close to 300 degrees at its winter commencement ceremony, held Dec. 11, 2022, at Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland in downtown Kansas City.

The program featured two student speakers, with Nhukim Nguyen, a biochemistry major, representing undergraduate students, and Jessica Davis, a Doctor of Education degree recipient, representing graduate students.

91视频 student-athletes are at the top of their conference and in the top 10 nationally among all NCAA Division II schools in a new report measuring academic success.

Almost 300 graduates earned degrees from 91视频 during its 105^th commencement ceremony Sunday afternoon.

The December commencement ceremony was the third since the University revived the tradition in 2020. In the historic Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland, graduates and the audience heard from two student speakers chosen from a list of nominations submitted by faculty and staff 鈥� a Rockhurst tradition.

Diego Gutierrez, DBA, assistant professor of management and marketing, is no stranger to the excitement of soccer on the big stage. The 91视频 graduate was a member of the Hawks soccer team during his time here, then had a long career in Major League Soccer with both the Chicago Fire and the Kansas City Wizards (now Sporting KC) and was part of the U.S. Men's National Team before becoming a soccer broadcaster with Fox Sports 1.
